This is an ideograph for a woman to which two points of light have been added. The two points of light are situated at the top of the character area. A point of light indicates that something exists, and where it exists. Hence, two points of light at the top of the character area signify that the woman has been raised or lifted up. It therefore translates as woman lifted up.
